All cancellation requests must be made in e-mail format only. While we strive to book fully refundable vacations components, each vacation may have some non-refundable components

Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date shall provide you maximum refund value.  Cancellation within 7 days of arrival may carry upto 50% of the cancellation fee. Please reach out to our advisor to find out the exac refundable amount for your package


Wherever possible all components of travel are booked a refundable. However in some cases non-refundable part may also form part of the package

Refunds for cancelled booking shall be processed as below


Refunds received from the airlines shall be fully refunded to the customer within 7 days of being credited by the airlines. Kindly note that airlines may apply cancellation and other fee which may vary from time to time and from airline to airline

Land package: 

Customer shall be refunded the amount   within 15 days of request for refund as per the below formulae

Total refunds received from the cancellation of booking for the  land package , minus

 – 10% of the total cost of the land package (the cancellation fee) ,

 – minus the TCS @5% ,


The TCS component of 5% paid out on the land package will be credited under the customers PAN account

If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
